They intervened, and tried to assist in getting my refund. I eventually gave up and called best Western customer service. I just was insistent upon speaking with a manager. Eventually the hotel staff started to hang up on me when I would call I was never rude. I was told I would need to speak with a manager and I attempted to call to speak with a manager on multiple occasions, and was never able to connect with the manager and no one ever called me back. My refund was never issued so I followed up with the hotel. Upon check out the front desk printed me a receipt that showed my expected refund to original form of payment of $197.24 as well as my check out time of 10:57 AM. I checked out early and was told that my unused day would be refundable. I stayed here for six nights on a business trip in October 2022.
